A well earned point and maybe, just maybe.....

I have really enjoyed this weekend and especially the time where we have been able to catch up with extended family and friends. Coupled with some lovely summer style sunshine this weekend we have enjoyed a packed but fun time.  Over recent weeks I have begun to broaden my horizons and I am loving every minute of it. It is nice to be able to enjoy life and to have a smile on my face again.

The City rediscovered some character and pride away to fellow play off hopefuls Birmingham City at St Andrews today.  Despite going a goal behind, City battled back to earn a 1-1 draw courtesy of captain Mark Hudson's volleyed goal (pictured above).  The result means City remain in 8th position, but are level on points with Birmingham City who currently occupy 6th position which is the final play off position.  Next Saturday City face Millwall at CCS and a home win could help us get back into the play off race.
